18 appointments attended in one month, booked by their WhatsApp assistant.
About $3,600 in consultations that used to die at "I'll confirm tomorrow." Six times what the system cost that month.
Business coach · AI systems · English & Spanish
I'm Pacho Sánchez. I fix how your company sells, serves and decides, then I build the AI system that keeps it running when you're not in the room.

Who it's for
It's for you if
It's not for you if
What I've seen
Most businesses I know don't fail for lack of drive. They stall because everything runs through the owner's head: the prices, the difficult customers, the one who didn't pay, the quote that's still hanging.
Putting AI on top of that doesn't fix it. It speeds it up. That's why I start as a coach: first we understand how your company really works, not how the org chart says it does. Then we build.
02
How I work
We find where your money leaks today: unanswered messages, follow-ups that never happen, numbers that don't add up. You leave with the map, whether you work with me or not.
We build what's missing with your people involved: the WhatsApp assistant that answers and books, the follow-up nobody forgets, the report that builds itself. AI goes where it saves work, never where it puts your name at risk.
I stay until your team runs it on their own and you decide with numbers instead of the gut feeling of the day. That's where the coach matters more than the technology.

Real cases
No names, because the numbers are theirs. Every figure comes from their own system.

Who I am
I'm Panamanian. I trained as a coach because I care about how people decide under pressure, and I learned to build because I got tired of giving advice nobody had the means to execute.
Today I do both: I sit down with the owner to understand the business, then my team at Level 5 builds the system. In English or in Spanish, for owners whose customers write to them on WhatsApp.

Questions
Pacho Sánchez (Francisco Javier Sánchez Tenas) is a bilingual business coach from Panama who builds AI systems for businesses. He is a certified business and life coach, DISC certified, trained as a high performance coach at Brendon Burchard's High Performance Institute, the author of two books in Spanish, and the founder of Level 5, the company that builds those systems.
First he finds where the money leaks: messages nobody answers, follow-ups that never happen, reports built by hand, decisions made on gut feeling. Then he builds the system that fixes it, with AI where it actually helps, and stays until your team runs it without him.
Don't start with the tool. Write down how you sell, serve and decide today, and mark where each one breaks. Automate first what moves a lot of money and does little damage if it gets something wrong, like answering and booking. Anything that commits your name or your margin stays with a person who signs off.
Yes. Through Level 5 we build for businesses in Panama and for Hispanic-owned businesses in the U.S., in English or Spanish. If your customers write to you on WhatsApp in Spanish, that is exactly what we build for.
It depends on what needs fixing and building, so there is no published rate. The first conversation is a free diagnostic: in 30 minutes you see where your business leaks money and whether it makes sense to work together.

Where it gets built
I run the diagnostic. My team at Level 5 does the building: WhatsApp assistants that answer and book, automatic follow-up, reports that build themselves and websites that sell. Panamanian companies and Hispanic-owned businesses across the U.S.
